Visiting Days offer the best opportunity to see firsthand what makes RPCS An Education Above. Applicants attend classes with a student host, and immerse themselves in a day in the life of a Roland Parker. Visitors meet other students, teachers, and Academic Division Heads during their time with us. Lunch and a snack are provided. Additionally, applicants to the Middle and Upper Schools have an informal interview with a member of the Admissions Committee and a tour of the school with one of our Red Key Guides.
Applicants to Grades 2 - 5: 8:30 am - 3:00 pmApplicants to Grades 6 - 8 : 8:00 am – 3:00 pmApplicants to Grades 9 - 12: 8:00 am – 2:30 pm
Applicants to Grades 2 - 12 must attend a Visiting Day as part of the Admissions process.
On the morning of your daughter’s Visiting Day, parents may choose to spend part of the morning with us and attend a friendly “meet and greet” information coffee with the Head of School, the Division Head, and the Director of Admissions. This is an opportunity for you to ask questions and learn more about an RPCS education and our community. You also have a tour of the school, with special attention given to the division your daughter is visiting. The morning session for MS/US parents begins at 8:00am and ends at 10:00am. The morning session for LS begins at 8:30am and ends at 10:00am.
If you are unable to join us on Visiting Day, we look forward to seeing you at another time. Please contact the Admissions office to schedule an appointment to learn more about Roland Park, and to receive a private tour. Our door is always open!
Tours vary in length, depending upon your daughter’s interests and the facilities you are interested in visiting. On average, a tour of Roland Park is 30 minutes, start to finish, but can be customized to suit your needs and questions. If you have registered for one of our Visiting Days, your daughter will receive a tour at that time. If you join us for the morning program, you have the option of touring the school then. All other tours may be scheduled through the Admissions office.
